A New World Order has been implemented and she is the United Nations Primary target. She is considered to be the most dangerous person walking due to her vast knowledge and discoveries involving neuro evolution. She knows that if this information was to fall into the wrong hands, Billions of lives could be put into jeopardy. The government is after her as well as are a wide array of mercs and the usual money groveling scum who are quite anxious to get their hands on the half a billion dollars the combined nations have offered for her to be brought in ALIVE.
